Svetlana Antonyshyn, RP, is the founder and clinical director of InnerSight Psychotherapy, Inc., one of Ontario’s leading multidisciplinary clinics. InnerSight was built on her mentorship model – supervised interns who trained under guidance, and over 25 fully qualified InnerSight therapists. This real-world success anchors her supervision teaching. Svetlana specializes in attachment-based and Polyvagal-informed psychotherapy, trauma integration, and clinician development. She is known for a warm, story-driven style that translates complex neuroscience into relational, experiential learning – helping supervisors create cultures of safety, competence, and growth.
