Amber Pilkington, LPC-S, is a therapist specializing in the treatment of scrupulosity and religious and moral OCD. She is the founder of the Catholic Counseling Institute, where she creates clinical education content integrating evidence-based psychology with clients’ religious and spiritual lives. Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, OCD and scrupulosity, trauma, and the intersection of faith and mental health. She trains clinicians to work confidently and respectfully with religious clients, whatever the clinician’s own background.
