Dr. Carly Hunt, is a sport and health psychologist, author of Train Your Brain to Beat Chronic Pain: How to Harness the Power of the Mind-Body Connection, and former division 1 golfer. She helps teams, leaders, coaches, and organizations maximize their performance and well-being. Dr. Hunt received her PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Maryland, MA in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, and completed her postdoctoral fellowship in biobehavioral pain research from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She is the founder of Present Mind Consulting LLC, a practice focused on helping clients optimize health and performance, and Thinkbettergolf, a consulting practice that provides golf psychology services to dedicated players.
