Clients can spend entire sessions talking about the emotional fallouts from fights and bad interactions with their partners, friends, or coworkers.

And now in this 3-hour training, you’ll learn exactly how to teach these skills in-session – even if you’ve never used DBT before.
Your clients will learn to:
These aren’t just communication tips – they’re life-changing skills that help clients feel more in control, less reactive, and far more confident in how they show up with others.
And when clients feel stronger in their relationships, your sessions start to move forward instead of going in circles. They’re easy to apply and fit right into the work you’re already doing.
